Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Techno-Commercial Engineer to bridge the gap between technical engineering processes and commercial sales activities. This role involves managing technical sales, creating proposals, liaising with clients, and providing technical solutions.
The Sr. Techno-Commercial Engineer will have a strong background in engineering with a flair for business operations, sales, and customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise and support during pre-sales and post-sales activities. Prepare technical documentation, product specifications, and user manuals.
- Assist the sales team by identifying technical solutions for customer needs. Prepare technical proposals, tenders, and cost estimations. Monitor team performance and provide coaching where necessary to achieve optimal results.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients regarding technical inquiries, project updates, and negotiations. Present technical solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Oversee the technical aspects of projects, coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, and R&D), and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Work on pricing strategies for products and solutions based on technical assessments, material requirements, and market conditions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, and emerging technologies. Provide insights to guide product development and positioning and motivating the team.
- Manage relationships with customer to ensure high-quality materials and services are obtained for projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to ensure products and solutions meet both technical specifications and commercial goals.
- Design and implement nationwide sales strategies to meet business goals and revenue targets
- Ensure that sales targets are consistently met or exceeded at the national level. Regularly review sales performance data and address underperformance.
Qualifications:
BE , Diploma or BSc - Electronics & Communication Engineer , Electrical Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer, Power Electronics
