Job Description
Technical Sales Engineers play a key role in connecting technology with business needs by delivering effective solutions to customers and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial processes, combined with excellent communication and sales skills to identify, develop, and convert business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with OEMs, end users, system integrators, traders, and consultants.
- Generate leads through market research and evaluate potential sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing technical support, conducting product trials, and recommending suitable solutions.
- Promote product acceptance through trials on OEM machines and panels, and secure orders through channel partners and distributors.
- Participate in exhibitions and industry events as directed by the Sales Manager.
- Work towards product approvals with private consultants and government organizations.
- Provide feedback to the design team for product improvements and upgrades based on market insights and customer requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new product opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality and organizational standards.
- Achieve sales targets and proactively resolve customer concerns to support overall team performance.
Qualifications:
- BE/BTech in Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Communication, or related field
- Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or relevant discipline
- BSc in Electronics

Experience Requirements:
- 1–7 years of experience in technical sales or a related engineering role
