Job Description

Technical Sales Engineers play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and business by effectively communicating technical solutions to customers and driving sales growth. They possess a strong understanding of industrial processes, sales techniques, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling them to identify and cultivate profitable opportunities.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities by evaluating potential OEMs, end users, system integrators, traders, and consultants, while researching sales options.
  • Sell products by establishing contact also develop and maintain relationships with customers by providing technical support of the product and recommending solutions during trials.
  • Analyse the industrial market to enhance product acceptability through trials on OEM machines or panels, securing orders via channel distributors.
  •  Participate actively in exhibitions as directed by the Sales Manager.
  • Get products approved in private consultant space & government companies.
  • Recommend product upgrades or improvements to the company design team based on industry observations and customer feedback.
  • Identifying new products by staying informed on current industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Achieve sales targets and proactively address customer issues to contribute to team success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology (BE/BTech) in Instrumentation & Controls, Electronics and Communication, or a related field.
  • Diploma in Electronics and Communication, Electrical, or a relevant field.
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics.

  • Proficient in industrial process control principles and applications.
  • Excellent sales and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong team-working and management abilities.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a passion for learning and growth.
  • Customer-centric approach, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role.
  • Passion for sales, teamwork, and professional development.
  • Freshers with a high level of motivation and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
