Job Description
Technical Sales Engineers play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and business by effectively communicating technical solutions to customers and driving sales growth. They possess a strong understanding of industrial processes, sales techniques, and interpersonal communication skills, enabling them to identify and cultivate profitable opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage dealer and trader sales within a designated region of India.
- Travel frequently to the assigned region to meet with clients and address their needs.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing technical assistance and training to enhance their capabilities.
- Identify and evaluate potential customers, researching and analyzing sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing support, information, and guidance.
- Recommend solutions and close sales by establishing rapport and building trust with prospects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings to identify product improvements or new product opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Uphold organizational standards to ensure the delivery of quality service.
- Contribute effectively to team goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology (BE/BTech) in Instrumentation & Controls, Electronics and Communication, or a related field.
- Diploma in Electronics and Communication, Electrical, or a relevant field.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics.
