Job Description
An International Sales Engineer is a professional who combines technical knowledge with sales expertise to promote and sell technical products or services on a global scale. This role involves understanding complex technical products, systems, or solutions and effectively communicating their value to potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Establish and nurture relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Generate and execute technical sales proposals to address customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with international clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, R&D, production) to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Research and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback on product improvements and development based on customer insights.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Provide technical support and training to clients as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in EC, IC, EE, PE, or MBA in Marketing
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Experience in similar set of products is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting software.

Experience Requirements:
Fresher, 1-3 years of experience
