Job Description
The Quality Control Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of electronic products. They are responsible for troubleshooting electronics down to the component level, performing repairs, and conducting testing to ensure that products meet specified requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as experience using a variety of electronic test equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot electronic products down to the component level to determine the cause of malfunctions
- Perform repairs to return defective products to operational status
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems to determine the root cause of issues and recommend corrective actions
- Set up and test products to meet specified requirements
- Identify and isolate problems, and take appropriate action to resolve them
- Keep supervisors informed of all unresolved and/or potential problems that could negatively impact product quality
- Conduct detailed experimental testing as needed
Qualifications:
- BE Electronics, Diploma or BSc Electronics, ITI
- 0-3 years of experience in quality control or electronics repair
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong analog, mechanical, and digital skills
- Experience using DVM, oscilloscope, hand tools, and soldering iron
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
